March 1999 Meeting Minutes - Tuesday 3/2/99 7:30 PM

14 in attendance.

There were not enough board members present to have a quorum for a official meeting - so we had a no-meeting instead.

The Vice-President called the non-meeting to order at 7:46 PM.

Minutes, Financial Report and Treasurer's Report read & accepted.
4 sympathy cards sent out and 121 memberships totaled.
Special Tax Expansion balance sheet handed out. Far short of signatures needed. A 10 -day extension granted. If we do not meet it we will have to wait til next year.

Sunshine: No report.

Special Tax: No report.

Zoning: No report.

Clubhouse: No report.

Beach and Parks: Clean up 4/17. Need rules signs for beach. Bill has the poles which we moay or may not use.

Ways and Means: No report

Social: No report.

Roads & Sanitation: No report.

Police & Fire: Getting phone fixed.

Old Business: No report on Letter of Intent

New Business: None

Meeting adjourned 9:00 PM
