Beach and Parks: 4/17 cleanup scheduled for debri pickup, etc. - mo household items. New bushhog purchased. We need to get into the clubhouse to get a rim for a piece of equipment. Also, ABC Securtiy wants the secuirty chip from the clubhouse. Ed will call Jim Harrington of YDF.

Jim Latham is donating (2) fiberglass backboards for basketball courts.

There was a long discussion with George Chartrand - Re: his renovating a section of the beach property for parking. He said other residents are doing it. Bill & Dennis will explore what can be done.

Social: We had an Easter egg hunt for kids.

Roads & Sanitation: Dumpster for community cleanup not available until October - when we get the dumpster is beyond our control.

Police & Fire: 470 stickers have been issued. The new phone recorder for SCA security hooked up (410) 798-6892. Having a meeting with AA police regarding help with security patrols.

New lock for boat ramp was $46. It is $25 per paid-member to get a key for boat ramp. Discussed deeper ramp. May need to contract out for it.

Old Business: State Farm sent us a list of items to be fixed or they will cancel our insurance. Here we go again.

New Business: Mosquito spraying is coming, forms must be filled out to prevent spraying near your property.

SAA Report: Potential donor for asphalt for basketball court. Softball games for all ages each Saturday in April from 1-3. Summer activity coming up - water safety program w/ scouts and badges. SAA currently has $371.54 in cash and contributions coming in.

Martin gave update on dealings with Boger. Doesnt look like it is going to go thru. YDF raised the asking price for our clubhouse and 1 lot adjacent property to $300,000.00. He feels that since people can still access the beach, they aren't necessarily concerned about the lack of the Clubhouse access.

Was suggested that we move forward with court action. Perhasp Tom Wohlgemuth could pursue whether clubhouse is included in Injunction. Tom will not work with Kathleen Elmore. Was estimated to cost $10,000.00 to close this phase - seems a bit high. There was discussion regarding the two lawyers. Bill and Martin to meet with them.

Meeting adjourned 9:36 PM

Respectfully submitted,
Linda Mays,
SCA Recording Secretary.
