Mr Boger attended so we interrupted the usual order so he could give us an update on what he is doing. Waiting on appraiser. He no longer wants to continue donating to the YDF because they aren't working with us. The new $300,000.00 appraisal is due to the fact that 2 other lots donated to the YDF last year are included. He made the statement that the 30% of the appraisal value to meet IRS rules would let us buy the property. Boger also said that Mr. Elmore is still in the works. There was a long discussion regarding the "donations" - whether to us, a "holder" or others.
