Subject: Zoning Variances
Post: If anyone in the neighborhood sees a variance sign posted
in the neighborhood, Please contact the SCA or myself.
We have members that monitor and attend variance hearings, but we
do not see them all. We have been having many developers in the
community that are building on small odd shaped lots in an effort
to make as much buildable space as possible. This practice in
many times is improperly handled by the county and cannot be
undone once it takes place.

Both the Selby Athletic Association and Selby Community Association are in need of volunteers. To handle small task or infrequent help with events. We understand that with busy schedules it is tough to find time, but your community needs your support and it is a great way to get to meet people in the neighborhood.
Community Volunteers the SCA Would Like to Thank:
Selby Community Association:
Evelyn Gingell: - Evelyn you are my inspiration, you may have
lost a little of your fight, but after over forty years of
community service as the SCA Financial Secretary, you must
qualify for title as Saint Evelyn by now. Thanks for all you do.
Richard & Colleen Brown - Quiet, sure and steadfast, it is
always a pleasure to work with you guys.
Dennis Gheen - The SCA Security patrol chairman for the past 6
years - you have made a substantial impact on our community.
Bill Harding - Bill has held most of the posts of the SCA Board
and solely has done more for the resurgence of the SCA in the
past ten years, "you're the man" Bill.
Grounds Maintenance:
Bill Harding - Bill has mowed more grass than anyone in Selby and
fixed that tractor so many times - its not funny.
David Robey - David has been a great help the past few years,
thanks for your work on the boatramp as well
Jeff Jensen - Thanks to your company for the marine construction
work on our ramp and pier.

precious time so that our kids can have fun.

Mr. & Mrs. Donald Patti - Donated over $3300.00 in
cash last year to the Selby Athletic Association - not to mention
