Selby-On-The-Bay Clubhouse

The Selby-On-The-Bay clubhouse is located at the community beach and overlooks Selby Bay. Property Owners and Associate Members can rent the building for special events. Community events are also held at the clubhouse on certain holidays as well as traditional community event days which are listed below. The Selby calendar has all the clubhouse activities listed as well as days for clubhouse rentals and security necessities.

4 Hour Events - 11:00am to 3:00pm or 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Whole Day Events - 11:00am to 9:00pm
Up to 50 Guests $300.00
Up to 75 Guests $450.00

Friday Evening and All Day Saturday $850.00
Saturday Evening and All Day Sunday $850.00
A security deposit of $150 (for up to 75 guests) or $300 (for up to 120 guests) is due when the reservation is. made and will be returned once the event concludes propvided the center is left undamaged and secured. 

Beach Rentals

Fro beach parties over 10 people, please make arrangements to reserve a section of beach on either the playground side or boat ramp side of the park. There is no fee for this service, but is a courtesy to other beach goers.
