Selby-On-The-Bay is a community located on the Mayo Peninsula with close to 800 properties. Selby is a special tax district so while there are no HOA fees. Each property owner has a tax withheld that benefits the community. 
Selby-On-The-Bay is a water privileged community with a private beach and park that sits right on the South River.
