Selby Beach and Park
Selby Beach and Park is a private beach and park for Selby property owners/Associate Members and their guests only. Property owners must be with their guests at all times while on the property and guests are not permitted to park in the lot. Associate Memberships are available for those in rental properties. Vehicles must show a current parking sticker when parking at the beach and park parking lot.
- Selby Beach is closed from Dusk to Dawn.
- No dogs allowed on playground, picnic area and beach from May through September. Dogs are allowed to use the beach in the boat ramp area at that time.
- No glass containers allowed on beach or picnic areas.
- Access restricted to property owners and guests only. Property owners must accompany guests.
- All vehicles must display parking stickers.
- No motorized vehicles on beach.
- Please take your trash with you.
- Swimming is at your own risk.
- The swim area is for swimming only. Please do not fish or boat within the swim nets.
- Kayak storage may be rented as availability allows. Please do not leave small boats or trailers sitting on beach grounds or the parking lot.
- Please refrain from profanity, yelling and loud music. the beach is a family atmosphere and there are homes close by as well.
Beach and Park Dumpster
There is a dumpster located on the parking lot. This dumpster is for clubhouse use only. Residents are not permitted to use the dumpster for residential trash.
Beach Closes
The beach and park closes daily at dusk. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Kayak Ramp and Boat Ramp
The Selby kayak rack is available to rent on a seasonal basis. Spots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis in April and kayaks are to be removed by 1 November.
There is an annual charge of $25 for the key to access the boat ramp. Trailers are asked to be parked within the boat ramp area and not the main parking lot. Please replace the boat ramp gate when entering and exiting the boat ramp service road.

Beach Reservations
Selby property owners and Associate Members may reserve one of two separate areas of the beach propety for private use. These reservation are at no cost. Please see the Community Center page for more information.
