Beach and Park Closing
Selby beach and park is a private beach for property owners and associate members. The beach and park area closes daily at dusk whether the gates are closed or not. There are some instances when the the gate needs to stay open. There is no vehicular traffic permitted in the horseshoe. Overnight parking is not permitted and parking is by permit only.
Key Fobs
Access to the clubhouse is by key fob which opens the doors to the left of the building where the bathrooms are located. Key fobs have to be updated every two years. Key fobs are deactivated at the end of the month of that two year period. Please check your fob at the beginning of the month that you have a reservation. For example, if your event is 18 September, then check your key fob no earlier than 1 September.
Associate members can also acquire key fobs with a current paid membership. Associate membership key fobs are activated in one year increments.

Parking Stickers
All vehicles parking in the Selby breach and park parking lot must display a SOTB sticker. Stickers MUST be applied to the windshield on the drivers' side bottom corner. Stickers that ARE NOT applied to the windshield will be recognized as invalid.
Parking stickers are given out every Thursday night from 7:00pm to 8:00pm with the exception of the 3rd Thursday of the month from September through June. Parking stickers are no charge for the first 2 and $5 per additional sticker. All vehicles must be registered to the property owner.

Boat ramp keys are available at an annual cost of $25. Updated keys are available around April. New boat ramp keys are required every year. Please read boat ramp regulations before using the boat ramp.
