Access Application

If you would like a parking sticker or key fob, then you must print and fill out an access application form. Please bring the filled out form with you.
* As of Tuesday, 7 February 2023, ALL key fobs to the community center will be deactivated. Residents are asked to come to the clubhouse to have their key fobs activated and their information entered into the system. If you HAVE NOT filled out the access application below to get a new parking sticker or key fob, then please download, fill out and bring the form with you to reactivate your key fob. Dates of availability to reactivate key fobs will be posted on the Selby calendar. If you have any questions, then please email [email protected].

Parking Stickers

Parking stickers are available to property owners and Associate Members only. Each property owner/associate may have 2 parking stickers at no charge for vehicles registered in their name and $5 each for extra stickers. Vehicle registration must be presented for each vehicle and in the name of the property owner/associate. Parking stickers must be displayed in the front windshield, bottom left (driver's side) to be easily visible when entering the park. Stickers must be affixed onto vehicles. Parking stickers are given out from April through October on every Thursday other than the 3rd Thursday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the clubhouse. Please check the Selby calendar.

Key Fobs

Key Fobs are available to property owners and Associate Members. Each household may have up to 2 key fobs. Key fobs are $10 each.

Boat Ramp Keys

Boat ramp keys are available to property owners and Associate Members for $25. The keys are new each year and must be replaced. New keys are issued every April.
