Community Center Key Fobs

The Community Center is accessed through key fobs. Key fobs can be obtained by property owners and associate members only for $10 each. One key fob per property owner. Key fobs are given out April through October at community center nights every other Wednesday. From October to April, please email [email protected] to make an arrangements for pick up.

Wedding and Reception
Friday Evening and All Day Saturday $850.00
Saturday Evening and All Day Sunday $850.00
A security deposit of $150 (for up to 75 guests) or $300 (for up to 120 guests) is due when the reservation is made and will turned once the event concludes provided the center is left, undamaged and secured.

Beach Reservations

For beach parties over 10 people, please make arrangements to reserve a section of beach on either the playground side or boat ramp side of the park. There is no fee for this service, but is a courtesy to other beach goers.
